Ray's International Pre-School Rules & Regulation

• At Ray’s International Pre-School, we believe taht every child deserves a nurturing and inclusive environment to begin their educational journey. Our admission process is designed to be clear, fair and accessible to all.

• Admissions are open to all children regardless of caste, creed, or background.
• Parents may register their child up to 6 months before the academic year begins.

Parents/Guardians are requested to submit the following documents at the time of admission to complete the enrolment procedure:

• Photocopy of the Child’s Birth Certificate.As issued by the relevant statutory authorities.
• Photocopy of Previous Year’s Progress/Report Card (Required only if the child has attended a previous school).
• Photocopy of the Child’s Birth Certificate.As issued by the relevant statutory authorities.

Photographs:

• Four recent passport-size colour photographs of the child.
• Two family photographs with a white background.

Health Information Form:

• To be filled and submitted as provided by the school.

Self-Attested Address Proof:

• A photocopy of a valid document confirming the current residential address.

Communication Details:

• Complete residence and office contact numbers.
• Valid mobile numbers of both parents.
• Two alternate contact numbers (family members/guardians) in case of emergencies.
  Please note: These contact details are vital for urgent communication and will be kept strictly confidential.

• Allocation of class sections and school shifts is at the discretion of the school and based on availability and academic considerations.

• Fees may be paid in three instalments.
• Accepted modes of payment: cheque/Cash/ Online or Demand Draft (DD).
• (Kindly mention the student’s name, class, and a contact number on the reverse of each cheque.).

• Payments not received by the due date will incur a late fee of ₹250 per week.
• In the event of a bounced cheque, a fine of ₹500, in addition to the late fee, will be charged until the payment is cleared.

• Participation in the Annual Day function is compulsory, and its fee must be paid accordingly.

• Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, under any circumstances.
• For mid-year admissions, tuition fees from the start of the academic session will be applicable.
• Please ensure all personal items (bags, bottles, tiffin’s, books, etc.) are labelled with your child’s name.
• Valuable items, electronic gadgets are not allowed in school; the institution will not be held responsible for any loss.
• To meet teachers or members of the school management, a prior appointment is required.

• Ray’s International Pre-School reserves the right to update its policies as and when necessary.
• The fee structure for the following academic year will remain the same or may be subject to a minor revision.
• Any changes to the fee structure will be communicated to parents at least in advance.

• Please be informed that photographs of students may be used in the school’s official social media platforms and promotional materials.
